Thanks Miss FancyBags for the very quick response. I asked the seller to provide additional photos. By any chance do you know what the bag retailed for originally? I'm guessing at least $2K for the metallic finish and 2 extra "rows" of intrecciato trim on the body of the bag.

Around $2450, if I remember correctly. I have this bag and am carrying it now as we speak - while I am traveling! It has become my favorite - and go-to bag... goes with nearly everything unless I am wearing silver. Very comfortable... very well designed and is aging beautifully!!! The finish hides a multitude of sins and wear. It is a real head-turner!!! - I have and continue to receive more compliments on this bag than any of my other BV's... metallic, exotic included!

From the pics provided, it is authentic, but you should make sure that the seller provides the correct picture of the nameprint since you are not buying "in person." Also, the color is copper (and looks accurate on my monitor) - rame ossidato is the name of the color... so if you are expecting "bronze" the description is not quite correct.

Thanks very much Baggiana. I have been looking for this bag for a while after I saw it on the BV hobo thread. I think the picture on the style thread was taken at the BV shop on Kalakaua in Waikiki. I have the same cervo hobo in fever from the 2009-10 resort collection and just love it. I have been looking for a "neutral." Almost bought the new shiny nero last week while in LA, but I decided to hold out in case the copper bag became available from a reputable seller. I was able to "enlarge" the name print. It looks authentic - matches the imprint on my fever.

Looks authentic, no warning signs. :smile1: This one should have a authenticity tag inside the zippered pocket. I'd be nice to see the front and back of it, too!

Authentic! I had this bag in a blue color and it's surprisingly roomy inside and comfortable on the shoulder.
