Looks good to me from what I see. Color is Vert Menthe, 2011 "N" tag. The paper tag belongs to something else. Maybe wait for the pros to chime in.

I don't think it will affect the load carry. Can you see if the piece of leather where the studs go is sewn down to the bag? It is on my bag today.
