Looks good. The serial number on Twiggys should be the same -- it doesn't change with year/color. This doesn't look like 08 Sky Blue to me. Could it be Bleu Glacier?

Looks like the mini classique. You would need pictures of the inside tag top and bottom, bales and rivets.
