I had the same quandry "ago" about a white leather Chloe bag, that had alot more glue on it than that, and was told by a leather professional that normally simple cleaning will NOT remove glue. And if a solvent is required, that can damage the color and leather finish, and then you get into restoration.
The glue SHOWN on these pix is very minor, but if it bothered ME, I'd pass rather than risk the expense/possible damage trying to get the spots removed. Just my own feelings.
As far as the edges, sometimes that is "dirt" that cleans off and sometimes edges that look like that are from "wear" which means the finish is rubbing off. And slight damage to finish will not "clean". Typical for a very light colored bag.

Everyone has their own level of comfort with ebay bbags. Sometimes one of us has knowledge of the seller, and that colors our opinion, other times we might ourselves own a particular style and season, and that makes us more confident.. Some of us are just more experienced period. I have not been doing this very long, so I'm just a little paranoid about telling someone else to take even the slightest chance.
So please take that into consideration.

Both these bags are probably okay, but I would not bid on the black one without better photos of tag, front and back, and at least a bale.

The tag photos of the white one are excellent, I'd still like to see a good shot of a bale.
