Authenticate This Balenciaga

the style number is for a SGH PT, but is this bag a city or a PT? by the auction pics, it's supposed to be a city bag.

also, the stamping is really deep and that is NOT TYPICAL of a tag stamp

what is this bag - a city or a PT?

this is what i got from the reference library:
Giant Part-Time [173082] $1,645 16 x 9 x 6 leather tag only 200047

i believe the giant day has 3444 after the style number, not 200047 like the PT.

Our Reference Library record needs to be updated. Both Giant Day and Giant PT number were 173082. I remember I PM one of our mods to correct the record but it was never updated.

Don't be panic. As long as you paid via PP with your CC, you should be fine. This seller sent you a different bag. The bag she listed is authentic. But the bag she sent you was a fake one. I heard CarolDiva now authenticates Balenciga. If you are not familiar with the dispute process, you could post your question on the ebay subforum. Many ladies there will be able to help you.

That means the seller listed an authentic item but swapped with another one when he/she shipped. R-O is a very famous scammer on the forum. She scammed over 10 buyers, and most of them were tPFers. She joined the forum and earne some trust. She either sold one bag several times to different buyers, or sent them fake ones.

to play it safe, i would get a pic of the rivet. I was recently bidding on a gsh city and repeatedly asked for a pic of the rivet and on the very last day of the auction, she finally sent a pic. Fake "c" rivet! Everything else checked out fine, except that?
