Hello i would appreciate authentication on this Envelope I just purchased used. Did not come with any tags or leather swatch. The back of zipper does not say Lampos, but do some Envelops come with non- Lampos zippers?

Do you know if the zipper slider was replaced? It should have one with a piece of leather not with a tassel

Thanks for the response Sssy.
She didnt mention zipper being replaced only that she bought from Barneys about 4 yrs ago and barely used it so excellent condition. i noticed some envelopes of past seasons have tassels .. Or are these counterfeits? Balenciaga Envelopes never had tassels?

I'm just reposting this request (original post at #10045). i would love to get some final confirmation of authenticity.

mmd1313 believed it was authentic, but wanted to see front and back of serial plate to be certain.

Clutches with tassels have regular hardware not giant.

It does look well used. I think the corners / trimming has been repaired before. It's from F/W2004, Eggplant. It's said to be the only Bal purple that doesn't fade :p

As for price, we can't comment on that. It's very subjective. You may want to factor in the cost of repair if you are getting this bag.

It really is! What exactly would I have to repair? Oh really? 2004?! Oh my.....this is making me want her even more!! She told me I could authenticate on tPF cause she frequents this site as well hahaha..

Hello, 1st of all, it's a Part Time, not Work

The listing showed and stated it's GGH, but your photos here looks like Silver hardware. Is it the same bag? Also, take a better photo of the back of the tag, making sure "MADE IN ITALY" is clearly readable
