You should ask the seller for clear front and closer pics of bale, rivet, front/backside of serial leather tag and overall the bag, please.

Sorry I have to rectify as this memb. is posting everywhere same bag for authentication. After having a second and accurate revision of small details I've realized that is FAKE.

This is the reason for me of not giving any detail about my point of view or whatever it is that make me find that tiny detail which tells me that something's wrong or denotes counterfeit. Of course, this is my personal opinion and everyone is free to do what they think is the correct way.

I have a concern there's too much shine and the bag isn't soft to the touch. I have other leather bags and lambskin leather jackets but this feels more stiff.

Not commenting on authenticity, but to answer your question on the tag: 115748 is the model # of a City with RH; the next series of numbers (1000) *probably* is the code for the color-in your case, black (I have read of some debate as to whether that is actually what it means, but I have seen many black bags with 1000 on the tag). The G indicates the season (in this case, F/W 2014) and the last set of numbers is the serial #.

Hello, i really don't see anything wrong with your bag. I must say that since, & starting from S/S2012, Balenciaga use more gloss to treat the bag & the quality was not as good since. Personally, i'm not a fan of those from 2012 (im only talking about the moto range).

I ve owned Balenciaga bags from 2001 till 2015, just to feel the leather, study the features, tohelp in my authentication. Thus, if you are feeling uneasy about the leather as it's different from your 2006, i must say it's perfectly normal.

You can always go for paid service if you feel better ;)
