There's a pocket in back of mirror so chèvre per 2008..maybe rest wore away? Leather looks like 05 or 06..

I don't know why there aren't any #'s on the metal tag, everything else looks good but since the tag is odd I can't say for certain it's authentic. I do remember seeing another like this somewhere. Hard to imagine that all the numbering has worn off but the name is fine?

thanks! yea its so odd..I think Im going to have to pass in case..I wonder if metal tag was replaced? it would be hard to resell too..too bad bc leather looks so yummy

Hi ladies, we all have to start somewhere, I'm looking at a bag that screams ''pamper me''. It's a purple colored city that I hope will become my first Bal, but the handles are in such a bad shape that I have not seen similar damage in any of the forum posts (which makes me wonder, can REAL Bal handles actually look like this??), plus I'm having a hard time figuring out which color this is... the receipt in the last photograph says 'pink powder' but that must be the invoice from another bag? Now I am afraid I'll get conned and am saving backwards towards my first REAL Bal if you know what I mean... Appreciate the help... Thanks & love from Holland

We need to see the usual pictures - bale, rivet, tag front and back. The bale picture is at a bad angle to really tell anything.
