Hi Ladies,
I need your help, I'm driving myself mad. I've got 8 skull scarves, and 7 of them I'm really happy with, but there's one that just isn't quite like the others.
I purchased this on ebay <gasp!> and at first I loved it but now I'm just not sure of its authenticity. I've had it a week.
It's got the rolled edges, and the tag looks exactly the same as 2 of my others but something about the silk just isn't sitting right with me. Any opinions you can give would be greatly appreciated

I have quite a few skull scarves spanning six or seven years, and the silk varies from year to year. There's also an occasional use of silk blends, or modal, or cashmere. Does your tag say it's 100% silk? Could it be a winter weight? If there's a McQueen boutique nearby (or in a destination you may visit), you could take it in and ask them.Hi Ladies,

The tag does not seem right to me, I own over 10 AMQ scarves and none of the compares to this tag (I started buying them in 2013 so it might be from before that), but if the tag looks the same as some of your others.... well that's that then
.Did you do the sunlight trick? Hold the scarf in bright (sun)light and look at the logo, it should still stand out.
Also, it does not look like 100% silk, what does the tag say?

I see no reason to suspect this one of being fake. However, recently (i think 2016) AMQ tags have changed a little bit so I would date this scarf to be pre-2016.
That being said: Always check on the store you are ordering from, new AMQ scarves just don't go for that low. I've seen up to 40% off but that's it.

I see that on apps, The sellers said that it is gift from friend, 100% new, and date of manufacture show in the lable is 2015 1 U

I wasn't sure where to post for authentication of Alexander McQueen jewelry but I was hoping someone could help me out? I just purchased this necklace and it doesn't include the Q and C emboss on the skull and on the charm there is no C within the Q. The necklace is very light in weight and the skull is hollow and has an open back. The seller told me she purchased from someone trusted on eBay but I don't hold many eBay sellers in such a high regard.
Please let me know if anyone can help me out please.
