The second seller seems to sell quite a lot of mcqueen scarves at a low price? Should I be worried?

I personally wouldn't bid on either one. Not enough pictures and prices way too low.

Thanks for helping! I did some research on mcqueen scarves, and have weeded out the obviously fake ones, i.e. even the ones that I can tell are fake, but what about these two? The labels seem to check out ok?

Furthermore, the letters are all messed up: look at how thin the "A" and the "X" are, and how fat the "E" is. Also, as far as I know (but I might be wrong on this point) a real scarf comes with a grey ribbon, not a purple one.

Anyways, I have seen enough to say: FAKE!

I can't speak about the rest, but as far as the ribbon/cord...
I've ordered a AMQ scarf from zappos, and the cord was the same color as the tag (dark gray/black/navy-ish), DEFINITELY not this purple color.

I've won it but I've not paid for it yet. I asked the seller for a closer picture of the label but they've not sent it me yet. I zoomed in and it looked okay but I thought the logo didn't look right - the Alexander is normally smaller than that but I don't know if it's because it's an old one.

They say they bought it from Harvey Nichols in Birmingham but they seem to have inflated (or perhaps rounded up) the retail price and it doesn't look like any of the fakes I've seen (apart from the logo not looking like all the authentic ones online from various stores)

Well.. I don't know what year this was made, but I have an authentic AMQ I purchased from Zappos & have researched this quite a bit.

Here are just a few (negative) things I've noticed about the one you bid on:
- The "Alexander McQueen" print is normally not in the border, as much as it is in the scarf area, near the border.
- The label is usally attached to the side of the scarf, not on the scarf itself.

BUT, I'm no expert, maybe this is old. Maybe this is different from the ones we get in the US since she bought it in the UK...???
