I went back on the site and it was still saying items available....to be honest I had waaaaay overspent last week and had just BIN an MJ purse the day that email came so I didn't call them. I considered it a blessing in disguise. How odd. Oh well, now I've moved on to Miu Miu flats.

Oh no! But like you, I think everything happens for a reason. If the reptilia shows up but the moth is lost, I'll be ok, since the reptilia was a grail and the moth was a find....tho Moth was charged but a no-show, so they'd have to credit me back. I'm calling tomorrow to see wazzup....

hi, I am back again, he said he cannot refund me the shipping cost because Canada post cannot refund shipping cost. I used my own money to mail back the product too. I really don't get it. He charged me $8 USD dollars for shipping and the actual shipping cost was only $1.22 Canadian.

He's an ass. The money is his to refund, regardless of whether CAN post does it or not. Only you can decide if it's worth bringing in Ebay for $8. Might not be worth it....Sorry it's not going smoothly. Karma will get him in the end.

well, seriously, $8 dollars it not a lot of money and to be honest, I do not really mind that $8 dollars. I just want to make sure that he is suppose to refund the money. Well, I see that he is posting the same scarf on sale on Ebay again....

DO NOT BUY UNLESS U SEE CLOSE-UP PICS OF HEM WORK AND ACTUAL BRAND TAG SEWN ON SCARF.

Who knows counterfeiters r so good they could probably try to replicate these things....however, there are appreciable differences between the real quality and the fakes. It's just so hard to tell w/ pictures alone.

ETA- waiwai121 it's still valuable to go through Ebay so that they have record of the transaction....after so many similar issues w/ buyers Ebay does take action w/ sellers. Also, u can provide other buyers w/ info. in FB section so the spread of fakes is slowed at least one purchase at a time :) People also toolhaus.org your buyer...not always failsafe but a good research tool nonetheless.
