YES! Get a tracking number and proof of delivery. Make sure he returns ALL your $$, including shipping if he charged you for it. If you paid with AmEx, maybe let them know too.

Depends Waiwai...Does the auction specifically say it's PP protected? Some do, some don't. Without seeing the auction, I can't tell. Check it and if it is protected, you are in a better position to get your $$ back if the seller doesn't come through.

Don't bother w/ Paypal anymore (anyway it's also ebay owned).

I've personally had to file 2 SNAD cases myself this way.

Strange thing, I got an email day after I placed my order and they siad everything was out of stock wtf???
