Thought I snagged the last Jessie at Revolve yesterday, now they say they are unable to locate in inventory?? Anyone have issues with Revolve before and items showing in stock that aren't there?

I thought I got the Frankie in Raisin yesterday, too, and I got the same email today saying they are unable to locate it in inventory :(
It makes me wonder if all these older bags that suddenly popped up was just a glitch in their system.

jojon21, that could be because the price was almost impossible to believe. The items showing available changed dramatically.

Sorry, I posted an authenticate post here and I think it should have been the other thread.

I got that message too - for 2 bags I purchased. I kinda figured it was too good to be true and resigned myself to the fact that it must have been some sort of computer glitch. However, later that evening, I got notification that both orders had been shipped. Was kinda shocked. Now I'm a little suspicious as to whether these phantom, too-good-to-be-true purses are really going to show up at my doorstep.

^YAY!! I got my shipping notification too! I wonder what these bags are going to look like after a few years in their warehouse - I am so excited though!

Congrats all who got the vintage Koobas! I got my Ginger. :yahoo: I think it just needs a little conditioning on a side pocket that's crackling a little.
Experts please weigh in - which to do first - spray Wilson's TLC and apply the Leather Lotion or the other way around?

Love to see everyone scores!

Jojon and jadejett, got the same Shipping message as you guys about 7 last evening. I had seriously thought that deal was done and bought the same bag on eBay bin. So now I have 2 bags heading my way, gulp! If the revolve order comes I will be very excited as it was a great deal. Curious what the story is on these bags, little hideaways? I'm glad everyone should be receiving their bags, I can't wait 'til my twins get here :0!!!

Oh my God...I am beside myself with grief over this sale. I had seen the vintage items pop up and stuck the black Marcelle in my cart...and then decided to sleep on it since I've been on a ban for awhile now and knew I shouldn't be buying anything, especially at retail for a bag that age.

After work I decided to see if anything else popped up and low and behold the price of the Marcelle in my cart had dropped to a ridiculous sale price I couldn't pass up.....but by then they were sold out. It was in my cart with that auto-apology about the last one just being sold. I could kick myself for not checking earlier! :crybaby:

Ah well. Congrats nonetheless to all of you who snagged a deal on those classic, vintage beauties!!!

Looks like a reseller got it. I truly wish it went to someone that was lusting for it rather than just making a quick profit. I know business is business, but I saw how many of you were excited to get an brand new "oldie but goodie". The seller has the Ada too.

I'm sick. I put both the Ada and Renee in my bag. Just looked at my bag and saw she got the Renee for $144 and the Ada for $169 :shucks: - Maybe I'll make an offer near the auction end and see what happens.

Teresa - I feel your pain! I hope you get her at a decent price. Another reseller did the same with the Maria ($121) and Carla ($162) - selling for almost list price!

Dang it! Well, I found out wayyyy too late! I was wondering how these vintage Koobas found their way to ebay...and now I know. I adore my vintage Koobas and would have loved to snag a few others at that price.
