^^^ Excellent, jlp!!! I borrowed this bag again from BBOS and it just so happened the purple Laine I ordered in place of the Ellie (which I thought would be forever til I found since they are so stinkin' hard to find) arrived while I had it. I knew immediately the Laine wasn't going to work for me just because I love the leather and color so much - I still needed to find an Ellie. And today...I get find my Ellie in purple! Woohoo!!! :cloud9:

I was on the waitlist for the Ellie at BBOS forever so I cancelled that today after I got one at Gilt. I am amazed it has not sold out yet. I practically tripped over myself to make sure I got one. Great minds think alike.

I know - me too! I wonder if it's because w/ Gilt you can hold something in your cart until you decide you want it (10 min). People were holding and releasing all over the place. The second I had one in my cart I checked out! LOL

jlp: Did you get a shipping notice already for the Ellie? I just got one and nearly fell out of my chair! That has got to be the fastest shipping from Gilt I've ever experienced!

Update: AND it's 3-day shipping! Good lord.....depending on if it shipped from Gilt or directly from Kooba (has happened w/ other designer items) it could be here as early as Friday or Monday! ~faint~
