I don’t think it’s timeless, but it is a piece of art to me and for that alone, I value it. The blue version has my heart, as does the pink.
I have the large Lottie. I’m 5’7”. I generally wear it on my shoulder. If I do wear it crossbody, it sits on my hip.

Does anyone have an IRL picture of the lavender pebble from AOL? The lottie is currently on sale. I have a credit from them from a return and was wondering if I should get it. The website picture looks too bright for my taste. I prefer the soft taupe color. I don’t know if the credit expires, if not, I can probably wait till the end of the year to use it. I also like the midi Mayfair bag but not sure about the current bordeaux color that is on sale. Not sure if it will be hard to wear with regular outfits. Any thoughts / recommendation welcome. Thank you!

I'm curious about the patent croc versus the standard embossed croc - I've read in this thread that some prefer the embossed croc over the patent croc, but the Trunk bag that I'm looking at is currently only sold in the patent croc. From what I've researched and seen on secondhand sites, it previously came in non-patent croc.
Do people have opinions on what makes embossed croc better or worse than patent croc? I'm specifically interested in durability - I actually love the shininess of patent, just worried about how it'll hold up to scratches and regular use over time.

I just recently purchased the Aspinal of London Midi Mayfair in the smooth tan and raffia colourway and am waiting for it to be delivered. Very excited.

So I decided to use my credit and go for the midi mayfair bag that was on sale instead. It had been a grueling experience following up on the refund of my return and after a month, I decided to call instead of going back and forth over email & simply happy that the issue got resolved.
