Hey TE-- Could you tell me which of the attached 2 pictures are closer to the actual color of the Self Portrait in Purple Haze? I want to know if the Purple Haze is lighter or more deeper and darker? Thanks!

Sorry I seem to have missed a question or two... the hardware is silver, but the zippers are slightly oxidized, probably from being washed, so they look slightly more yellowish, but not by any means brass or gold, KWIM?

OK, so, still trying to learn the cycles ... after this is when the Spring bags are really going to start rolling in (to retailers?). And what about "Spring 2"? Will there be something similar to a second collection in another couple months, or is that what you'll be seeing at the trade show?

I just don't want to go ahead and make my spring picks and then find out a month later that there's another whole crop of styles and colours (like green? yellow?)(and I've spent all my allotted bag money!).

Yes, I will post a report- and some pics- from the show, as always!

Dede, at the Jan trade show there will be a whole new round of styles/colors/leathers for "spring 2" that will be in stores - (theoretically) in april/may. What is arriving in stores now is called "spring 1". Tano switches things up a little every year so there arent really any standard "formulas" or deliveries, Im afraid.

Thanks TE, good to know. I'll try and restrain myself with "spring 1" till I've heard more about "Spring 2"!

TE, I don't know if you have the answer to this yet, but maybe when you go to the trade show, will On the Rise be coming in any other colours? Like a blue for example?! I love that bag but I am not sure I need another brownish bag or grey :(

Kimmi,

On the Rise is CTO- it wont be offered again for Spring 2.

The handles of the Meet Jane bag it over my shoulder without a coat on, but its a snug fit. With my big fur coat on I couldn't get it over my shoulder.
