No, there were no chemicals put on the bag; it's original condition has not been altered in anyway. It is a brand new bag purchased from an authorized Tano dealer, Must Have Bag. The color is bleeding from the whole leather portion of the bag, not the suede strap.

if you bought someone's used bag on bay or from a non-reputable dealer it could be a problem, but in this case simply contact your retailer and Im sure they will take care of you.

Just for the record, I have several Tanos (I think 9, I could be wrong) and that's never happened to me with any of them! So don't be scared. I don't know what's up with your bag but that's certainly not the norm!
I even wore my Berry Blue Minilisa with white pants and had no problems!

Quick question, do you know if the Tano "staples" like the Boogie, FN, etc...will ship sooner than any other bags? This might be an impossible question to answer but it has seemed like in the past that the new styles come out a bit later in the season. Are all Fall '09 bags slated for July-September delivery? Is there a chance is could be as early as June

gohogs85, repeat styles do tend to ship first, but I really cannot predict what will happen for the pre fall bags. sorry! All pre fall crunch bags are due to ship to stores in July/August. Summer plush bags are due late May.
