LOL... I must be really mean - because the first thing that would have popped out of my mouth would have been, " You realize you work at an OUTLET store, right?"....

I shop at outlets, I love outlets, don't get me wrong folks!! My point to a person like that would have been - how can you get on your sassy horse about a "brand being inferior", when you're peddling discounted goods?? Good grief!!

I was also thinking the same thing--the SA works in AN OUTLET MALL in the middle of the f-ing desert. Seriously, who the hell is this person to pass judgment? Then again, I can be mean right back to someone who is being an ass...

I find it hilarious that an SA (at an outlet, no less!) can be so elitist. Come on, I am not one to judge people by profession (I was an SA for years), but he SELLS things - he doesn't design them! He depends on you, the consumer, for his paycheck, and it certainly seems that he was working very hard to make sure he didn't get paid! SA's are paid for their customer service, and he had none, making him supremely unqualified to do his job.
