Are you a collector?

I'm a collector in a sense that I take really good care of my bags. I'm always making sure they're clean and that I don't set then down on anything dirty. I also try to make sure I use the appropriate bag for the day's weather. When not in use, I stuff them and pack them away in their dustbags and boxes. I try to only buy bags/accessories that I really want/need. I try to get different colors/styles/sizes to round out my collection. It's a lot of fun too trying to create the perfect collection. (DH doesn't think so )

I rotate my bags so I get use out of all of them, but I do have what I like to call a "period of admiration" for new bags where I just have them out and "love" them for a while before I put them into rotation. Some do have to wait for the right occassion, season, etc. but mostly, it's a few days-week of "admiring" and then into use it goes!

i keep my tags on when i take pics because i'm so excited about the bag that i forget to go through the process and just want to share.

also i will keep the tags on if the bag is not in season yet...just in case there is something coming out later that i would want.

some items are spur of the moments (like my ergo scarf print wristlet) and i didn't take the tags of because i haven't decided if i will keep it. but i pretty much ALWAYS keep my bags and just return accessories.

it's funny, I usually don't like to carry my new ones because they aren't perfect anymore (I know, I'm weird). I almost love to find very gently used purses on ebay because they're just 'broken in' and then I don't worry so much. I know it's weird.....

haha! I do the same exact thing. I've bought 2 off ebay and had no problem carrying them right away. The new ones that I purchase in store tend to sit for a few weeks before I use them. I just sit them out and smile when I walk by them...now...that's weird...lol.

I don't usually carry my new bags right away. I usually wait about 3-4 weeks. Sometimes the season isn't right and other times I want to make sure that I really, really want to keep the bag.

I have buyer's remorse alot, but I never end up taking anything back, lol!

I've been doing alot of gotta have it gotta have it now. I bring it home and then take a few weeks to decide if I want/need it.

I'm the same way! It's not weird, I just prefer my bags slightly broken in by someone else! (plus they're usually cheaper!)
