Legacy has some amaaazing leather. Let's see...what I have left, after sales, are the duffle in Marine, Courtenay in black, and duffle in cognac. My Mom has a cobalt mini duffle (I SO wanted to keep this!) I bought her a few years back for Mother's Day. Legacy had some beautiful colors and some nice lush leather. The reason I sold any Legacy pieces was because I wasn't using them and needed them to find a home that would love and use them.
Absolutely! it was the legacy line that made me go from one Coach purchase per year to avid collector 
I have Romy, duffle, pinnacle bag,archival rambler, a woven clutch, weekend tote, double gusset flap, Kristin hobo.... loved the Candace but it was to big, so I returned it. Hmmm, looks like a reeaaally love the legacy line! :greengrin:

I let most of my Legacy go also. Had Courtney, Molly and Caning Romy in the pink color which I gave to a friend who lives in a warm climate year-round. But what a gorgeous bag that was! I had the duffel in so many colors, trying to make that size and shape work for me ... colors like Spruce and Pine that you don't see often on bags. I only have one East-West duffel left in deep port. It's so soft and smooshy now. I have a Penny/Dinky-like bag that was called the Lady Pinnacle Bag. It came and went quickly as a design but I held onto it and I still wear it from time to time.
Well here is what I think. Legacy line made of glovetanned leather has a very chic look, elegance and simplicity. Also this leather shows colours in their brightest way. Congrats to all owners!
I realized not long time ago that glovetanned leather is my favorite as I was consistently getting rid off pebble leather I had, I never buy exotic or croc emobossed leather anyway. Now I have one saffiano bag and one pebble bag left. I wish somebody would tell me sooner what I like .

Btw, searched ebay for the emerald legacy duffle. Not a smell of it.
Are you looking for one? There's one listed starting bid at $125. not mine. It doesn't say emerald, just select green in the filter.
Searched for " coach legacy" and nwith tags only. Do not like used bags. Hm. Will take a look, thanks!
Update. Saw it, it is used, a lot...
I am looking for a bright green bag for summer. So far nothing. One mario valentino saffiano bag from saksoff slipped away , another " not option" hermes.

Yea, I am pain in a neck, I know...can not wear used, need new, want to make my own scratches.
No problem -- we all have our preferences. All my legacy pieces were bought new except for one (a color that was sold out 2 yrs prior but of course a NWT showed up the week after I bought it!!!!!). So just be patient -- there are still new ones out there somewhere.
