are the fold-over legacy stripe wristlets at the outlet?

i want that so bad now...i still want the big katy legacy bag too.....but i wish they sold it at my outlet....
I was at the outlet in San Marcos just this morning and they only had 1 of these in the store that I saw (and I was looking out for anything in the Legacy stripes) and it was on the FS table.
It was pretty dishevled and dirty and not something I even considered.

I got mine at the Coach outlet in San Marcos but a few days ago and they were all in good condition and lined up nicely on the 20% off rack. I'd guess that last one got manhandled pretty good and ended up being clearance bait!
I love mine and am praying it doesn't unravel. It could be that the issue Finzup is referring to happened to a certain percentage of them, so we may dodge that bullet. Hope so!
