I don't see any glaring red flags, but would prefer to see a photo of the date stamp on this bag and clear, in focus shots of the Hermes stamp and the clip ends and Hermes mark on the strap. Leather would be clemence in gold, I believe. Frankly, you can get a brand new one at the store for not much more than this and Evelyne's are readily available.

They should, but Hermes will only re-dye a white bag once. That may have an effect as to whether or not they will work on this one.
Yes. Mistikat is right, only once for white bags. However I believe that this bag has not been re-dyed before by Hermes (or anyone else) based on the pictures posted.
