Comments if any: the last 2 hermes i've inquired about have been fake duds. i don't really trust myself to be able to authenticate an hermes. please help authenticate. thanks in advance :)

Authentic. Please inform yourself about the seller, always recommended before making any purchase from anybody.

This is what she said "Please do consider posting more in the other threads as you used to, as it is the preference of the authenticators to help those who post on a variety of subjects.


So basically she is saying to post more in other threads in order to have something authenticated ???? I was under the impression that the authentication process was to help those who need a bag authenticated, not to provide a quota number of comments so as to reach ones level of earned authentication requirements. I read the Purse Forum but not in a habit of posting alot of mindless comments that serve no purpose to anyone. Sorry to bother you I really am. Please remove my name from the list of members. I obviously have nothing of validity to offer anyone here.

No one is asking you to post mindless comments. There is no quota and you don't have to post at all. Sometimes it's instantly apparent that a bag is fake. Sometimes, it takes a lot more work than that. If we are going to spend 15 or 20 or 30 minutes researching a bag and a seller for posters here, it doesn't seem outrageous that posters asking for authentication also contribute in other ways elsewhere on the forum.

But again - you don't have to do that. Feel free to simply lurk if that is what makes you most comfortable.

Hello.....I was in no way being glib. I honestly appreciate the time it takes to do this work; if anyone does - I do...as an Exec. Assist. I know that for each and every request - you are using up 15 minutes minimum of your time and it is certainly appreciated. The remark about comments was made only because sometimes there are questions that seem really off and my thought is "these poor authenticators - they must feel like pulling their hair out". In any case, I just did not understand the comment and now I do. So thank you for that. I am also having a bad time myself right now with a seller - which I will post once it is over and done. Respectfully, Bellacina
