Bag History: Bag is preloved from U.S and brought to Hong Kong
Comments: I have been looking for a garden party for a while, but seems like the leather is much softer than the one I owned.

Hi again everyone! I am thinking if buying a black box birkin from my friend but i need authentication. I am not familiar with box leather so i can't really tell and from all the threads i read, it says they may have discontinued making box leather so i am very keen on getting this one. It is a J in a square. Hope my pictures are sufficient and clear.

I regret to say that in my opinion this bag is not authentic. There are many features clearly evident in the pictures which show this.

I just revisited your pictures. Possibly this may be OK, but I am not sure. I would like to see a better picture of the base of the bag taken straight on, not at an angle, and not from above. It was this picture that you posted originally which gave me the concern about the bag. Also please post a picture of the Hermes stamp inside the bag. Thank you.

Hi Lanit! It looks authentic to me and the condition doesn't look too bad in these pix for Amazonia. Since this has been discontinued a long time, you know it was not born yesterday. Nice to see she is including the treatment wipes in the auction. If you think it is too dry or cracked when you receive it, you might consider returning it.
