Item: Authentic Hermes Birkin 35 Etoupe Togo Gold Hardware

Seller: Mode in Luxe via Malleries

I reserved this bag but am holding off on completing payment - I hope someone can help me have peace of mind that it's real. Any opinions about "Mode in Luxe" or other suggestions to authenticate? I hear taking it in for spa treatment will reveal any authentication issues. Thoughts? Thank you!
