LVpug although I only have a few LV pieces I too kind of felt the just of what you are saying...its like a brand burn out.....I wanted this and this and this and oh i need that too for things to all kind of work together LV wise...but then I started venturing out of LV and into the other forums just to see what other options are out there...im semi falling for the balenciaga bags but I will probably wait to see the new bleu vernis color before i would consider a bbag.....as I have ventured out I find myself coming back to feel more comfort in LV bags...

i just feel lucky to be able to have LV. I think that it is not all that important in life and it is nice sometimes to sit back and enjoy what you have..and if the last stuff you got was roses then that wasn't so long ago.

so yay for not being bored that long of a time!! wear a bag you don't normally wear or pair it with a new outfit..you might find new life in it..i challenge myself to do those sorts of things.

I'm not tired of LV but I have definitely noticed a lot of changes in my preferences. Shopping (in general) and bags, clothes and shoes have definitely taken the backseat in my life as I have started to think more about saving for the future. I have almost completely lost the desire to spend $1 on anything unnecessary and it actually feels great. I still love LV and want a keepall 45, PDG, and tobago shoe bag though..:p

Since my LV purchases are so far apart from each other, I don't think I will get tired of LV. I have a wishlist that is everchanging, but by only purchasing 1-3 items a year, I only end up with items that I truly love.
I'm not wowed by the graffiti or roses, but I am mightily intrigued by the rumors of a dark blue vernis this summer!

Maybe if you don't wear everything at the same time you'll feel better about it...
I love the belts and scarves and shoes, but try to stick to bags, I don't like to weear one brand head to toe... I don't think I can get everything I want from 1 brand hahaha
I'm not tired yet... I'm thinking of a couple more bags and I'll take a break... Maybe you need a tiny break to miss your LVs

so happy that I feel less obsessed about LV...goodness knows I have enough of it and sometimes wear too much of it at one time...lol...handbag..scarf/chale...bracelets...necklace...belt....agenda...pouchette...cles...key ring...coin purse....ect....I think on certain days I wear too much LV and wonder if it is over the top and what do people think...Am I brand obessed...nah....too much LV...impossible...guess I am ready for a break now...woohoooo

I am feeling a little like that these days. There is still a few bags that I am lusting for but the passion is lukewarm and I find myself not rushing down to store anymore.

Started with my health and I seemed to have lost passion in most things.

Then, my life might be going thru some changes. I have to hold any purchase for the next few weeks until certain things in my life is firmed up and even if I can start indulging, I am not sure how much I'll crave for one.

And yes, the economy plays a part too... I am starting to feel guilty splurging when I know masses of pple are financially affected.

I feel the same. Not just LV but basically for all luxury items. I have enough things in my collection. For now I'll just enjoy what I have and not think about buying anything unnecessary.

I felt like this the past few months, nothing really excites me with LV anymore.

I tried and borrowed my sister's bags particularly Balenciaga and Chanel and she borrowed mine too, 2 LVs. I thought maybe I should get these 2 other brands in the future-

I used her bags for a week straight and man---I just fell in love with LV again. Its just a different feeling carrying an LV... dont know why.

Try it, take a break ;)

My LV addiction has always had it's ups and downs, some seasons I want it all, and some seasons the stuff don't do anything for me. Right now I'm pretty excited about LV and there are several things in their collections I really want. Next season there might be nothing.

Mmmm, I would like to add my thoughts here...Only because this was on my mind yesterday when I left my favorite LV store. I thought a couple of things....

First, how fortunate I am that I can even consider spending the amount of money on a bag that I carry around on my arm. I was trying to explain to my husband (who doesn't really understand the legacy of LV) how the Limited pieces usually accrue value if they are well cared for....
With that said, I still feel like I was justifying the Grafitti Neverfull that I am waiting for.

Second, I think that you have to put it in any other category....Can you leave the house without thinking of it? I don't have belts and scarves and things like that, so that doesn't apply to me....But are you always thinking of what to buy next...Is it killing your budget in lieu of all else?

I really only want a couple more things. None of them involve clothing.

The other thing that I consider when I buy bags is whether, or not, my daughter will use them or want them....

Prosperity?:faint:

I haven't tired of LV yet, but I have gone through periods where LV it is not constantly on my mind and the desire to change bags daily has worn out. It has to do with whatever is going on in my life taking precedence over the shallow stuff.. in my case only, not speaking for anyone here.

anyhow, my new purchases have fired up my LV lust.. sorry to hear some of you guys are not feeling the lvoe atm, it comes back eventually hang in there. :hugs:
