I made my appointment 3 days ago online. I was awake at 5am due to jet lag and randomly checked and saw there was availability and just chose the first one I could make.

Looks like the Ginza boutique released appointments until February 2025 
I have had the best experiences at both the Ginza six and the main Ginza boutique. They had decent stock but I did not ask for any Alhambra. Lots of butterflies and some perlee. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Of course as usual, getting the size of ring you want is an issue. But that is nothing new.
Maison Ginza's service was superlative for me; followed by Mitsukoshi; whilst Ginza Six was a bit more reserved, but still nice enough.
I got incredibly lucky. I couldn’t book any appointment online. So we went to the Ginza Masion on Friday 11/22 evening to try our luck. No luck as they have a sign by the door that they have no more available for the day. We then went to Ginza Mitsukoshi. I read really bad reviews about this location but decided to take a chance. There was a sign there too. While I was reading the sign, one of the SA came over and I asked her if there is any appointment availability. I was expecting a “sorry”. But she found an opening for the following Monday. Since her client showed up, she let another SA helped me. Initially she asked me to scan the QR code by the sign to complete my information. But my phone took too long to load the page so she just let me completed my contact inform on the IPad. I asked her if they still have the WG guilloché pendant, she said that they do at the moment. When we went to my appointment on Monday, we were greeted by a very sweet SA and a translator. They escorted us to the small showing area, and asked me if I still wanted to see the WG guilloche pendant. We were given water and chocolate while we waited. I was told thats the last one they have at the store. Overall, I have a wonderful shopping experience at Ginza Mitsukoshi.

That’s awesome!! I just love lucky travel shopping stories. I think someone else did say here that this location tends to have better stock. Good to know the service is good too.
Hi there! I am due to be in Tokyo mid March and I can see appointment slots opening up. Which stores are the largest and best for stock? Looking for the sweet Alhambra 6 motif bracelet in hammered rose gold and possibly the grey mop vintage Alhambra necklace in rose gold.
I see the Isetan Shinjuku doesn’t have English as a preferred language option. Will this be a problem? First time to Japan here

I think it should be ok. There’s usually someone who can speak a little English and worst case, google translate works well. Would recommend though that you specify what you are looking for in your booking, they will bring it out during your appointment if available. Thank you! I did put in the notes I am hopeful in getting a rose gold sweet Alhambra 6 motif bracelet. I know they are hard to get but remaining hopeful.
Currently in Osaka. I got to see everything I asked for and they had extras for me to choose from.
I tried twice… May and November and they didnt have it both the times. They had other pieces though and the hammered sweet pendants and carnelian sweet bracelet. I ended up passing and just eventually ordered in my country. Hope you have some luck when you get there
