Yep, at home & measured straps. I have them on next to last hole (so one more hole & they'd be at max length), & they have a 10" drop. You may get close to an 11" drop if you went on last hole. Note I'm measuring from the top edge of bag to top of strap (as if it was hanging from a knob). Hope that helps!
