I ordered from the website. I always seem to have better luck when I order through an SA, but I was too late to get in the pre-order. So hopefully you will be fine!

I think the leather will wrinkle easily for the Speedy. I would suggest stuffing it with tissue or a rolled up towel to keep its shape. My Coussin has not wrinkled enough like this though

Yes...mine is like this. I will say, I saw this bag twice in person on Friday. The first time I walked out with out it. Then I heard from my SA and he said he had gotten it in (different location). I went in and spent about an hour before I walked out with it in my hands. Both of the ones I saw had some wrinkles, so if you have angst with that sort of thing this may not be for you. But I will say I love it!! The size is perfect.
I did compare the Coussin next to this speedy, when I was in the store, and it wasn't wrinkled because, unlike the speedy it has less material and is more structured (if that makes sense)
