its best to go with a premade one or a company that has the bezels on hand that are made by machine. to hand make a bezel it is very time consuming and that cost is passed on to the customer. I know when I was looking for my platinum dbty from tiffany with diamonds i went and compared prices to have one custom made and it was about the same price as the tiffany one...plus the bezel on the custom piece wasn't as fine as the tiffany one!! so your best bet is what everyone else has already said. whiteflash, brian gavin, etc... good luck!
I have a couple of handmade WG DBTY necklaces and they cost less than Tiffany's. To give you an idea, a 1ct (10 0.1ct diamond) on a 30-inch chain cost me about USD2,000. I was very very pleased with the craftsmanship too. The bezel were as fine as Tiffany's. I do agree though that you'll generally find that readymade ones are cheaper than getting them custom made.

Good to know, it's probably inherent of the design. I agree, the bezel is on the thick side.
I have a DBTY necklace with 5 station of diamonds in white gold ,but the diamonds are on both sides meaning 10 diamonds total and even if it flips on the other side there is still diamond.
