anyone know of a non big brand but good quality jeweler who sells DBTY and CBTY?

^^I guess I am scorned, I went to great place near my residence but the silver alone IF i provided a diamond myself was 200! 14k white gold without the diamond was 315! Tiffany provides a small diamond in sterling similar to the 200 dollar price tag -.-
I had a DBTY necklace and a bracelet made by a local jeweler from the diamonds I had in a tennis bracelet. It wasn't cheap. In 14kt white gold it was around $1k to have them made. The jeweler was claiming the labor was expensive because each of the diamonds had to have the little bezel thing put around them. These pieces had a diamon every inch or so, all the way around.
