I got my kelly today from US store, togo leather $8300. The SA mentioned that the price increase is going to happen at the end of the month.

I hope that they stop hiking the price of leather GP. The MM went from $2675 to $3275 and that is a 22% increase. Would love to own a few more colors of this bag but it makes me venture into other bags like Evelyne.

Another poster bought a kelly today at old price and her SA said it will go up end of month, maybe different stores have different dates? Could be some are franchise stores versus H owned stores? Did you buy it today for the raised price? TIA

i am not sure the price is raised. Sa told me this price two days ago.

Visited boutique 2 days ago... Prices have not increased yet. SA informed me the definitely are going up in the next few weeks but they have received no official word on exact timeline or % increase. She told me that not all pieces will go up at the same time, instead it will be in stages. She expects that the first to increase will be the most popular leather items. I guess the clock is ticking....

AllI can think of is you are including the taxes? Although most US states have near 10% tax and unless you got it in a 5% tax area, this wouldn't make sense. But check your receipt and call and ask, I can't imagine they overcharged you...Good Luck and THANKS for the communication!

That was Jan '2012. The 36cm GP used to be $2675 when I bought my first one in Dec 2011. Then they hiked it to $3275 in 2012.
