Yes, there was a price increase this month. I preordered mine in July at $125 and had posted the information about it to this thread in August (at $125). After the September price increase, it is now $150

I got the brown bear just before the price increase. The white bear looks very cute and I might purchase this for myself as an early Christmas present.
