Rose, I love your gloves and the two mousselines! I was on the phone with JG and I heard her introducing you to a bunch of scarf board ladies - what a hoot! She was kind enough to pick up a few goodies for me as well. I understand the perfumes were 70% off and I am a Jardin Sur Nil wearer, so I am thrilled about that!

Wow, Rose, you really did good!!! Gorgeous finds!!!!!

^^^ scarves/shawls were 40% off, GP and all other bags 50% off (so the GP's were around $800-900 depending on the size)

Thanks, Rose. I love your loot - what wonderful finds! Enjoy them in good health!

By the way - where should one park? I really am afraid to go there...I'll be mapquesting it but really don;t know the area near the sale venue.

Also, the KOP sale also said no debit cards, but they did accept debit cards. Is it the same for this or is the cC rule strictly enforced?

I went this morning and although the wait was long, it was fun. Out of the top of my head:
Leather accessories: apple/horse/lemon coin purse, a BJ swift pen holder (not the piccolo, it has a strap on the side), black lizard long wallet (not the bearn), vert anis carmen keyring, rose shocking globetrotter zipped agenda, a vibrato emile eyeglass holder, vision agenda in a few colors, many mini notepad, a rouge 4 key holder, many klipdoc mark
Tons of scarves, a few plisse, a few twillies, a few mousselines, also saw two small cashmere shawl (sorry don't know the name, they're xmas themed)
Areas I didn't pay attention to: tons of GP bags, racks of RTW, nice selection of shoes and boots, decent area devoted to home accessories and a nice corner for baby stuff! There were also a few boxes of dog collars and leashes, some boring belts..
They were letting people in 10 at a time. I think the average wait to get in was around 2-3 hours. The registers were working today and I waited less than 5 mins to pay.
I got a pair of gloves, a bracelet, an ulysse and 2 scarves! Here's a pic from my iphone (sorry about the quality)

That sounds like quite an inventory, thanks for sharing! Also, we can't see your pic

and PHEW! :faint: if it was any color other than rose shocking i would've phoned in to order it!

PS is there phone ordering for the sale?

Thank you Cinderlala, Bella, NS, Le Monde, HC, galpal, Minnie (it was great catching up with you, you looked adorable, as always), Hermes Nuttynut, Mavsun, Luvbolide (it was very sweet of JG to introduce me to the ATHi ladies), Kallie Girl, Bordelle.:heart::heart:

Sorry to sound like a broken record, but do they really not take debit cards? I have a card that acts like a CC but is a debit C...and they accepted it at another pvt sale...no exceptions here? I cannot find my amex :(

Went to the Private Sale yesterday and encountered the cashmere mafia....so waiting in line almost 2 hours to get in did not get me any closer to the shawls!

After waiting in line to check out 1 1/2 hours we gave up!

The scarves were $225, Ties were $104 I think - there were some newer designs, but there were some that have been through several sales cycles. I had the scarf that someone was talking about before with all the animals = but counldnt wait anylonger in that line!

There were no bargains here - almost better off getting what you really want and paying full price.

But lots of crystal and dishware that havent been aournd for a while at the sales....but sad to say no enamel bracelets :(

Rose, beautiful items! I love the orange gloves. They look
so warm.

Congrats to everyone!! :)

These sales sound like a whole lot of (exhausting) fun!
I'd love to go to one someday. :)
