Fear not, Lady Luna, they are scarf collectors, not re-sellers. They were shopping for themselves and for friends and fellow scarfies - like me - so let's say they were organized, methodical and motivated!! (And personally I'm thrilled, I got 3 new scarves!)

The "Cashmere Mafia" and all the scarf group women (and men) are great.

I am proud to be a member of all the Yahoo Scarf groups and the woman who wrote the amazing description of the sale always regales us with the most amazing posts about her store visits and purchases and experiences.

I am lucky to know her personally and it is amazing to shop with her.

Her posts make you feel as if you are there with her - akin to the Scarf Podcasts. She has an amazing memory & is a great writer.

The members of the Groups are smart, wise, helpful, informative, friendly, funny and supportive of other members whenever there is any kind of life issue.

If you are an H-scarfie, their scarf files, databases & photos are amazing.

Like most TPF'ers, you'd be hard pressed to find a better group of national and international virtual friends.

Luvbolide, all I have to say is this is very enlightening. It's actually really impressive! Wish I could join a group like that! (except I have no idea what the real names of the scarves are so not sure anyone would admit me as a scarfie!)

You can join any time u like. The big and oldest one is great for newbies.
