My admin received the coffee table book and a $100 gift card for her bday. She only buys TB clothing though.
Well I just don't get it, their generosity just seems to be so random, my birthday is the end of this month and all I got was the $50. Ok I'll shut up now😉

Thank you HC, I spent a fortune this year, I wonder if they keep track of what you spend at the TB stores, I also shopped, in Tampa,DC & London this year.

They track retail but not outlet purchases. I know they really stepped up their "rewards" program in 2014. They are incentivizing people to buy from TB direct instead of department stores. TB will also be releasing a number of TB exclusives this year. I've only seen the clothing. No handbags or shoes yet. There is a rumor that they will be starting a custom Reva program. I really hope so as that would be awesome!
Thanks for the insider info on this, I'm sure the Tory fans on here will be interested to read this. So there must be an amount they like you to reach before the start sending you material items not just gift cards. I wonder if at some point in the future they will let customers know about the "reward program", that would at least encourage shoppers to shop directly with them rather than other retail stores.

I did also buy from the boutique a few times and Neiman's, Nordstrom and Saks. I follow the sales.My fingers are crossed for another package to arrive closer to your birthday date.
I also buy only clothes and shoes from Tory. The majority of my purchases are from the web site. I do frequent the outlets also. But it would interesting to know how they are tracking purchases.

My package arrived on my B-day ( Coincidence ).
I received the same gifts that you did, PurpleRabbit, only my cosmetics bag was black. I also buy a lot of clothing and shoes from the website (or my SA), but I rarely buy bags. My birthday is next month, so I'll be sure to let you know if anything special arrives.
