Anyone ever get imperfections on their LV?

My Speedy from elux came with a missed seam. I took it to the LV boutique and they just switched to bag with another and that was it.

Yes- I bought a bag- (I can't remember the name) like the Sologne at Neimans and the leather piece that holds the excess strap came off-- they fixed it and returned it to me at home!

Yes!! I'm waiting on my epi petit noe. I ordered it a week ago. It arrived yesterday...and there were cracks in the drawstring!!! So, I had to send it back :sad2: I can't wait until I get it.

I got a Cabas Mezzo with the zipper stitching coming loose at one end. Elux exchanged it for a new one.
