They would be perfect!Maybe I should send you a brochure that shows you how we take excellent care of your jewellery. We believe in taking them out for long walks and fancy dinners and creating opportunities where that can interact with other jewellery.
Your studs would overshadow my necklace. You truly have exquisite taste.
Wow Skyqueen!! I am envious! That is some bling![]()

Hi everyone
I just received my earring jackets from ID Jewelry in NY. All the way to this wee Scottish girl in Perth, Australia.
They are fabulous. I love them. My studs are 1.53 TCW from Good Old Gold. They are a J and a K.
My jackets are GH in colour, SI in clarity, 18 ct gold to match my studs. 2 pointers.
They have given my daily staple a very glamorous weekend make over.
Unfortunately it makes me realise that my freakishly large lobes would need 5+ carats to be truly happy. I'll stick with the jackets.![]()
There are so many gorgeous settings for OEC diamonds, nowadays, hard to decide!I found my forever studs, OECs that are only 1.3 but I really don't want to pay to go bigger. I'm going to spend the money on a reset instead. I'm thinking a nice double milgrain setting with enhance the size for not much money. Maybe a reset? Even with a diamond halo would probably cost less than new studs. Or halo jackets.
This is an excellent idea!LOL! Sorry you lost your stud though.Yes, we all have shrinkage problem. I have my 2.48ctw studs and I feel like it getting smaller. I went out and got smaller pair ~.75ctw pair and put away my larger one. Hoping to put away long enough that I can solve my shrinkage syndrome.
Well, after wearing it for 1-2mo. I lost one stud on the smaller pair I just got. I just pull out the large one and now it does not look small to me anymore.
Anybody, what does OEC mean?
It stands for "Old European Cut" and is the fore-runner of the round brilliant cut.
Here's a picture of one - I love the flower facet pattern
