I asked my local SA because I did not hear back from D and she only saw saddle in the system so yes it sounds like it's messed up still.

The SA that helped me exchange my boots saw the same but I think there were many potential backorder dates in the system. Maybe they just have to pick the right one. D was off when I went in for my exchange.
The saddle one my SA rang came up for $395 vs $350 and when I called that CS rep was seeing 2 saddle with same color code in the system. I'm guessing she saw 2 because of the different prices. When I saw their tools of the trade pages in September they were showing $395. I am curious what I'll receive.
So when the 800 number rep rang it she said "let me apply the discount, it should work," and when it did I was like oh OK let's add grey. So I didn't ask for it, but yes she did the 30% on them.
The one through my SA in saddle we'll see. She had someone else ring it and it was $395, but said she'd fix on Sunday. Not sure if that meant discount it or just the $395 to $350 part.

Saddle joining her sister. @redwood66 has your black one shipped yet? I'm waiting for my others to ship a d they are still processing. She did 3 day shipping since I was out of town so I wonder if that's the delay or if the colors aren't really in stock? I'm waiting another day or 2 before I email CS.

I got the black two days ago and it is already in the mail back to them. The leather was full of striations on the front that were so obvious and ugly. So sad. Just my luck. So last night I ordered both black Tabitha Simmons crossbodies, the small rivets one and the large black flowered one.
Now the floral one is sold out. Order says processing so hopefully it will ship.I might have to be satisfied with just the green one.

I had the small TS one w/rivets, but sent it back because it had a scar right smack dab in the center of the front. I usually don't mind scars (green 18 has a scar on the back) but not in such an obvious place. I am still going back and forth on the troupe 16, but really seem to be ok with mini bags. I should give TS another shot too....
Ooh that vermillion is pretty! What a collection you have! Since you got deals then you should keep them all. Is the vermillion really orange-y?
How freaking adorable! If you can comfortably use this size bag, I'd keep them all! LOVE the grey! Wish it came in a larger size, rather than the colorblock.
It is an orange-y brown. A little more orange/brighter than chili.
I like your philosophy too lol. I got deals on grey and vermillion and paid full price for the other 2. I may just keep them all. I decided to return troupe 16 after pulling it out of the box again. It's just a bit too micro for me.
