That hardly looks abused to me- you obviously take extremely good care of your bags- inside and out. I am very impressed how well your saddle bag has held up. Beautiful.
I will- these areas do not impact the integrity of the leather- it is cosmetic. My only concern is whether it will get worse. Plus- it is a brand new bag and it should be perfect.
This is not the first time I have had an issue with a limited item from Coach. I bought a numbered kisslock from the Coach House in NYC- one of those cute bags with Dr. Doodle duck on one side and rexy dragging a coach on the other. There was a hard/sharp metal piece forming a bump on the interior base. You could see it stressing the lining. It looked like it would pop through. It was heartbreaking to return it.
I guess I am not lucky with the interior of Coach bags.
That is too bad. I just think we want to know what to look for. Maybe if you exchange it, the next one won't have that issue though.
They are light blotches- it is very obvious. Unfortunately, if I return, I will likely not re-buy because there are LV pieces grabbing my attention at the moment. Always a dangerous time of the year
How did you get it so early? It's not even released yet right?
I went to Coach and the SA only gave me a style number and said it will be released in later November.
You can order online- I called CS to ask about exchanging my flawed bag and was told there is a good supply of all colors to order by phone. After much debate (and finding the Kaffe Marleigh at Nordstrom's), I decided to return. It was quite a sensation at the store (Rodeo) because this was the first time they saw it irl and they are looking forward to receiving inventory for the holidays. I would have kept/exchanged but it is just too small to be practical for me everyday.
I ordered through SA. She was stalking it and the day Coach unlocked it in the system she placed the order for me. Still debating a 2nd.
I love mini bags and that one is adorable! I’ve heard a mini Cassie (Cassie 19) is coming down the pipeline so I’m excited to see that too!
Yes! My SA said next couple of months. Seems a lot are getting pushed further out. Probably because of tabby palooza lol. I did get troupe 16 recently too. I'm slowly getting on this mini bag bandwagon.
I ordered the black tonight. I love this teeny bag so much. If anyone wants one they have all colors in stock right now. They have to do some kind of special search beyond what's online.

I’m wa so excited about the Cassie 19 I stopped by my local store today, and my SA looked it up and said it’s supposed to come out in Feb. She gave me the exact date but I don’t remember. I wanna say the 11 or 21st or something. It’ll be in black, chalk, lake, and light fern. As well as a couple color blocks.
