I fell in love with the Willis 18, since it's perfect for weekends, when I only carry one phone. It's really light and cute. However, every time I carry it, it ends up on the ground, because the strap keeps coming off. I can't tell if it's a me problem, a problem with the strap, or a design problem. I have RA, so I prefer not to carry my purses by hand, although it's light enough to do so occasionally.

Should I request a replacement? A replacement strap? Return it?

I haven't had a problem with mine. Are you hooking the strap so the opening part of the clips faces out? That's the only thing I can think of is if they are facing in they may be rubbing somehow and coming open?

I had the same dilemma! I decided to go with Vermillion because it's a bit more rich. It's definitely more red/orange...but in a muted tone. I plan on picking up a Saddle Duffel 20 at some point.

LOL we have the same exact taste because I want a duffle in saddle too.... I was thinking maybe of getting the larger willis in the saddle as well.

Ended up ordering the saddle. My sister went to the Coach store for me and sent me a bunch of photos. I was sold! I really love the burnished look on the saddle. She also sent a picture of the troupe 16 next to the willis 18. The large Willis I think is too big for my petite frame. If they made a medium sized version I would get it!
