Yes, the increase is Tuesday.
I have heard that it will be around 5%, but "around" 5% may well mean 10%.
Shoes only went up 3% on average, and I think porcelain was around 3-5%, so perhaps silk will be on the low end.

Good NYT article, klynneann and thanks for the link. Yes, the USA market is burdened with recouping the loss of revenues in other global markets, just as I suspected. The H price increases on most items aren't justified ~ especially for a K.
