THEN I recently purchased 16c iridescent bronze medium flap with rainbow hardware (which you know you need to seize the opportunity). Purse Peace. Then came along the 17B iridescent rose gold medium flap (which you know you need to seize the opportunity). Purse Peace. Then came along the 17B gray medium flap (which you know you need to seize the opportunity). Purse Peace. I MUST REALLY BE AT PURSE PEACE!! I will repeat this over and over to myself, LOL. But I really do think I am at finally at Purse Peace.....for Chanel

I feel complete with my collection finally. I have only 5 bags but they’re well rounded with color and style. Bought and sold a lot to get to this point but finally feel content and it’s a nice feeling!

But seriously, I wish. Chanels are like expensive Lay’s potato chips. You just can’t stop!!! Or is that another brand of chip??? Maybe Chanel is like Pringles. Regardless, I can resist the chips and they are wayyyyy cheaper

I’m on the wait list for a medium boy bag and once I buy that one I will feel content with my collection. I will always love Chanel and may buy more bags in the future but with the boy I will own all my MUST HAVE bags

Haha that’s exactly how I feel! Complete purse peace...until something irresistible comes along. (As of yesterday, that would be the mini urban spirit backpack in navy lamb). So now I’m feeling all at peace again...for now.
I have to say though that I’m much smarter about knowing what works for me (mainstream CHANEL styles in dark neutrals) and so new offerings aren’t as tempting. Having curated what really doesn’t work for me (seasonal styles in non-neutrals) I’ve also noticed I’ll switch what styles I favour in my collection so even those not currently used will eventually come back in use.
Once I purchased the Chanel WOC, I no longer have a constant urge to buy designer bags! I think it is because I am now at peace with the thought that I may not be able to/justify buying another Chanel (due to its increasing price), but at least I have one piece But it is a dream of mine to be able to buy a Chanel piece in Paris... I hope it'll come true within the next 5 - 10 years.
I also don't have a constant urge to buy another designer bag at the moment either - not because there's nothing I want, but I built a my current collection (6 items) within a short span of 4 years LOL so I might be just fatigued. I do hope to get another bag in the future, but it would be after lots of thought and consideration.

I think I am finally at Purse Peace. I mean, there are only so many bags I can carry at one time. The classics and reissues are my favorites. I am actually thinking of selling my non-Chanel bags because I no longer love them as much as I once did. The verdict is still out.
LoL same. I was at “purse peace” for two years when I was distracted with home remodeling and purposely stayed off TPF. Now I’m here again :/
