@880 I was invited to a Brunello Cucinelli dinner on Friday and I thought of you! It was to celebrate a capsule collection done by the fashion director of Holt Renfrew and Carolina Cucinelli. She was very lovely! We were sat across from her and next to the CEO of Brunello Cucinelli North/South America! I have to say, the people that are with brunello are very down to earth!!

Have you gotten any new pieces?? Would love to see pics of you styling them! I had an appointment for their SS24 trunk show and just put down the deposit so I’m very excited but my wallet is not lol.

So glad! DH and i have gone to one dinner and they are lovely. Sadly our SA moved to Loro Piana, and there were some serious issues with BC management with both a disastrous custom order, and an accounting error concerning five pairs of pants, so we’ve stopped shopping there, but the product is lovely. I have not gotten new pieces, but I continue to enjoy what I have :smile:

@louise_elouise @J’adoreHermes , DH has lost some weight and has found some newer lines at Loro Piana are more close fitting and flattering (I think the head of Dior moved to LP; not sure if that has anyth8g to do with the change to a slimmer silhouette lol). DH also buys more Hermes men’s knitwear which is better priced than LP, but the H cashmere tends to pill slightly. Just mentioning this as queries for comparison were mentioned earlier in the thread. :smile:

Hi everybody!

I am thinking about buying a Cucinelli dress for my wife for Xmas but I haven't the slightest idea on how sizing works for women. I myself own a few sweaters and blazers and I know I need to size down most of the time.
What should I do for women's size, regular size up/size down?

Cucinelli runs small for most of us Americans.
If she has a larger derriere, wider bust, size UP! If she is petite, get her size.

It also depends on the dress.

I am just starting to foray into BC, so I'm glad I found this thread! Got some great pieces from their 40% off sale...a long cashmere coat, a sequined sweater, and a blazer. I'm glad I tried them on in person to get an idea of the sizing. It's pretty true to size. I'm a 38 in their pants, got a 40 in the coat (oversized, had it hemmed a bit and sleeves taken in), 42 in the blazer (perfect everywhere, just need to shorten the sleeves a bit), and sweater in M (perfect sizing).

I am always thrilled to find a small treasure on sale that works for me from BC. Fall season rtw is especially pricey for the brand so I feel lucky to have found a cardi I loved at a deep discount. It's a forever piece that I know I will enjoy for years to come.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone here could tell me which collection these Brunello Cucinelli Sandals are from? I found them online, but it didn't say which year they're from - I got them for such a bargain 190 Euros, since a small boutique that carried BC shut down their business, so it doesn't really matter if they're a couple of years old - Im just curious.
