looks like the "punches" that made the holes weren't poked out all the way - I'd just pop 'em out. As for the handles, they look like many of my bbags. I just lube them up with some applecare. The bag is beautiful. Those things wouldn't bother me.

See, the "punches" don't come off...and I pull on it, the rest of the white strings will come out. The handles I think is definitely something I can't get over...it's so dry, it feels weird to even touch it.

Thank you for the comparison photos. I think this style is like the brief, but it is better because the bag opening is much bigger.

wow, it's so nice! Seems like a very large bag and I like the wider opening rather than the brief opening, which is kinda narrow imo. What color is this?

I think...RTT is a good work bag...but I wish it will be a little bit longer (more horizontal looking) and have a shoulder strap. Maybe they will make one next season.

No, that is totally not normal for GH bags. You should exchange it, I wouldn't want to live with the defects. I love the bag though, stunning. I am on the waitlist for one in Violet!! So excited.
