Yes. It's natural. Although, I'm not sure why someone would purposefully do that to themselves.

No disrespect whatsoever as I think she's very attractive too but don't you think she has a feline quality about her markings? I mean it's like when you see cats with patches like a perfect love heart. There's a guy I follow on Facebook and his wife has this condition too and is sooo attractive! I'm glad they're embracing their uniqueness.
