If only it was real leather. I don't think I would mind for a fob but for a wallet, I like the real thing.

No, absolutely NOT snarky! I had just wanted to make you aware that the actual fobs are not huge -- that ladybug listing that Hobbsy picked listed incorrect measurements (as my version of same item listed the correct, smaller size).
You can go nuts on Amazon looking for basically ANYTHING...not great for compulsive shoppers!
Looks like you found the EBay version of this Amazon site -- they're all the Chala brand. Not sure if the EBay one also lists the Chala fobs alone. I agree, for a wallet, faux leather won't do, but I only ordered the fobs. So far I'm expecting the red guitar, the mermaid and the piano/music fob.
Alansgail saw some of these fobs IRL and said they looked well-made and cute, despite being faux leather.
Yeah, Amazon charges tax on everything, as far as I know. Later, I might check out if EBay also sells these fobs -- I have no idea if the EBay sellers are getting their inventory from the same overseas source -- or what price differences there may be between the two -- I like that Amazon stands behind their sales, no fuss no muss.
I'll surely post pics when they arrive next week.
EDIT to original reply -- Out of curiosity, I went to my Amazon transaction details for the fobs and it turns out I was NOT charged sales tax YET; not sure why not. However, there is a small asterisk on there stating that ultimately a sales tax may still be added at some point. Since you had inquired about that, I wanted to update you. I also compared the Amazon fob prices with the identical EBay ones (EBay DOES sell the individual fobs) and I think the Amazon ones are a tad cheaper -- but we're talking only about $1 to $2 less and both ship free.
Some items I order from Amazon aren't charged sales tax, if they aren't sold by Amazon, but by another party who isn't in California.
