Amazing April 2023 Purchases!

Hello I’m so sorry to jump on your thread but I can’t create one as I have a limited profile still?!
I really need some advice/help I purchased a nano speedy in Dec 22 from LV online in the uk, I have never worn the bag as I don’t think it suits me so was looking to sell. I sent my bag to be authenticated by a selling company and they have told me that by bag cannot be authentic as Louis stopped date stamping their bags in March 21! and mine has a date stamp for November 22!
I contacted Louis and they couldn’t answer why this had happened and they just kept repeating that it’s authentic as was purchased from them and I have an invoice to prove it.
My point is that my bag has a default as it has a date stamp that shouldn’t be there so people question its authenticity. They refused to help or explain in anyway. I’m really unhappy and don’t know what to do ??

I am loving everyone’s reveals! There is so much Kusama, and this wave seems like it has something for most that sat out wave 1. My Kusama piece arrived yesterday, I thought I had escaped with my wallet intact, but certain colors are just my happy place. Thank goodness the mono playground bag I ordered didn’t suit so I could return and get this (and it was less $$!)

I was surprised how much fun it was to get all the packaging including a bag. I’m betting a few of you might already know what’s coming, I seem to have a lane or 2 and I stay in them And my curious girl (whose signature color is fuschia/raspberry) had to see why I wasn’t paying attention to her during the photo shoot. I am totally in LVoe with this little bag! Perfect quality and it smells heavenly. And because LV rarely does silver hw, this was even more perfect. The black and fuschia combination is wonderful for me, the NF is gorgeous but couldn’t justify it, and I think a small pop of color and bright is perfect.

So here is my 2nd Felicie - and love the internal pouches too. The poem by Kusama that was posted in another thread (also sorry I can’t remember who posted but thank you) was a nice connection with the artist.

This black/fuschia colorway is so pretty and so ”you” — hence no surprise you fell in love with this cutie! I especially like the zippered pouch in the fuschia/black. I think you will really enjoy this bag for many outings including your walks with your sweetie dog. (I would love the PM in this colorway but don’t have the purse fund currently and can’t justify the price tbh). Congrats and enjoy T .

It’s been a minute since I bought anything new. I knew the moment I heard of a new Kusama collection that I would be buying something! I love her work and studied her art in college. I love that my two worlds have collided.

I love the fuchsia and black! I nearly ordered this but decided to go with the pumpkin neverfull instead, a totally different different direction. But really, it's lovely. Especially with the insert!

I knew you would guess! That little pouch I love too - I use another FP pouch for pens, pencils, etc in my bags and it’s a great size for sundries. I bet you would rock that PM in this colorway! I couldn’t justify almost $4k for that or a NF either, though I loved the print and would have liked either. The FP was as much as I was willing to spend - and it’s still a premium price for sure. Hopefully they will ease off on future collections. And yes, my wild girl and I will walk tomorrow in matching fuschia

I LOVE this!!! Being a November baby, pumpkins are my jam! I dont own a LV cosmetic pouch so getting this one is fantastic. I might be adding D rings so I can wear this as a handbag. Its the same size as a Pochette Accessories (except taller because the half moon)
I would have gotten the pumpkin speedy 20, except I already own the plain one. (The Noe is winking at me too) Im thinking about the matching Romy card holder also.

This is so pretty MM . I love the way the pumpkins look on this piece — it would make a great little crossbody. Like you, I also like the Pumpkin S20 a lot but it may be redundant (at least for me) since we have the regular mono 20

The pumpkin coin purse was very well crafted. However, I thought the printed side looks kinda “dry” (doesn’t reflect a sheen of light like the normal canvas side).

The interior is supposed to be leather according to the small card. It seem to have “excess” leather, popping up on the interior (which you will see the uneven shadowing in the picture below).

@fettfleck , is your coin purse “uneven” on the interior lining too? (How to best describe it - it kinda has a “bubble” in between the exterior canvas and interior lining, which can be “moved” around.)

Thank you for the assurance. I believe it’s one of the highly sought after piece in this wave and it will be quite hard to exchange for another piece if this was a flawed piece. I’m quite accustomed to the exterior and interior lining “sticking” together for LV.

I recalled checking the Empreinte speedy in the store recently and found that the lining was “sticking” to the exterior like the canvas pieces do. However, in the past (2012-2013), the lining “sticks” perfectly to the exterior piece even for Empreinte type.

If both of ours are like that, probably this is like the default situation for this piece? I agree, it is always a hassle to exchange a limited piece. It doesn‘t bother me though, as the rest is perfect and you cannot put much in it anyway… Still weird they cannot manage to make a fitting lining for that price…
