This was my first time to make a return to LV, so I was really nervous. I returned it on day 26 out of 30, and the bag was damaged.Good for you @daisy913. I'm glad you mentioned to the manager about what the SA said to you about reselling and making a profit. That was completely inappropriate and out of line. Definitely didn't want to lose their commission obviously. Glad you returned too!
I wouldn’t be surprised if someone at LV claimed I used the bag, especially when the bag was brought out under store lighting. There were flaws that I had no idea existed, since they never showed up under my lighting or under daylight light through a window. Part of the zippered opening was actually a little worn and uneven with white splotches on what should have been black leather and black edging.
The manager, at first, offered to have repairs look at the bag. It was the pull tab that had the damaged leather, so if they had spare parts, it is something that could be replaced fairly easily. But instead, he came back saying he would process it as a return since he didn’t want to “sell” a bag that was as damaged as mine. I’m gonna guess repairs took one look and refused to work on it once they saw the condition.
