where will she live now that she has been evicted? she could always hole herself up at a hotel until she figures it out, but what of her belongings and furniture etc? and surely it won't be easy to find a building with a landlord that will be happy with her living there given her recent negative press and erratic actions. this girl is spiraling downward...fast. i would hate to see an unfortunate news article about her being found dead of a drug overdose in some hotel room.

the poor girl has some serious issues. she needs someone, maybe a distant family member or old friend, to step in. somebody needs to take control of the situation and look out for her because she can't seem to do that for herself.

Amanda Bynes tossed out of swanky Biltmore apartment after weeks of bizarre behavior
The troubled child star is 'officially gone from the building' following a series of strange events that included her being arrested in allegedly throwing a bong out of her 47th St. building.

Amanda Bynes has reportedly been booted from her swank midtown apartment.
The erratic celebrity mired in legal trouble and Twitter drama now has a new problem: Finding a place to crash.
"At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda's belongings from her apartment," a source told In Touch on Saturday. "She is officially gone from the building."
The source added that Bynes is "no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events."
Bynes' bizarre behavior reached new heights starting May 23, when she allegedly tossed a bong out of her 36th-floor apartment window in full view of cops.
Police were called to her apartment in The Biltmore on 47th St. by a building manager, who said he saw Bynes smoking weed in the lobby.
At the time, a police source told the Daily News that booting Bynes' was in the works prior to the incident.
Bynes, sporting a ghastly platinum wig, claimed that NYPD cops sexually harassed her during her arrest for reckless endangerment, attempted tampering with evidence and marijuana possession.
After a trip to Roosevelt Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation and a circus-like court appearance she was released on her own recognizance.
Since then Bynes has been anything but under the radar, talking trash over Twitter about Rihanna, Lance Bass and Courtney Love, among others.

Something about this just isn't right. I don't know what its like in New York, but I know that here (in IL), a landlord can't just throw someone out immediately like that. They can evict you - after serving you with a five day or 30 day notice (depending on the circumstances), but if the person isn't out when those 5/30 days, they still can't just toss you out like that. There's a long legal process and it usually takes months. It usually ends up with the sheriff showing up, removing everything from the home, leaving it all outside (I've never heard of a sheriff hiring a truck to haul it all away!) If there was a truck moving her belongings out Tuesday, it sounds like something SHE would have arranged (or someone close to her), because its not like the landlord could have done that. It also raises the question, where has she been staying since then? Can we hope that maybe she's now living with a friend or family member?

The former NSYNC star told listeners to his SiriusXM show that Bynes had abruptly shut off 'all of her email addresses and cell phone numbers.'

No wonder Amanda Bynes is so vocal on Twitter.
According to former boy-bander Lance Bass, the beleaguered "All That" star has shut off all other communication with her former friends.
"She deleted all of her email addresses and cell phone numbers so none of her friends can get in touch with her," Bass said on his SiriusXM show, "Dirty Pop with Lance Bass."
"Everything is deleted. She obviously has a cell," he continued. "She's tweeting, but none of her friends can get to her. Her family and friends can't get to her ... so the only way into her life is through Twitter."
Bass was at the receiving end of Bynes' Twitter wrath when he suggested the 27-year-old Nickelodeon star had "mental problems" during a radio interview.
"I ignored Lance Bass on twitter and now he is saying I have a mental illness," Bynes tweeted. "Sorry you're an ugly ex boy band member w/no talent or career."
"I haven't spoken to Lance Bass in 11 years. To say I have a mental illness out of nowhere makes me lash out! You're making me crazy!"
In fact, the last picture of the two of them together is from 2011. Bass took her insults as a sign of a troubled psyche.
"This makes me think it's not really her tweeting," he added. "The Amanda I know would never say that about me.
"(That Amanda) doesn't even exist anymore. Whoever this person is tweeting is not even her. There's something wrong," he continued. "This is not her normal state. I know Amanda Bynes, and she's just a sweetheart."
Bynes' eccentric behavior has drawn concern from several celebrity pals. Her most recent bizarre antic, according to TMZ, was dropping close to $1,000 on three Disney princess-inspired wigs.

Girl! You need to stop it already!
Amanda Bynes is at it again with her "ugly" insults and this time they're unfortunately directed at her family. Yuck.
We can only hope she rethinks it and deletes these hateful messages, but we won't hold our breath. But girlfriend, think before you tweet next time.
We'd like to say we're surprised by what she posted on Twitter, but we're sure many of you aren't. She tweeted:

Haha that video is awesome.

This whole thing confuses me. Sometimes I am like "Sheesh, this chick needs help... this sounds like a mental disorder" and other times I just think she is a brat who is addicted to drugs seeking attention. Either way she needs help and her family should have stepped up to the plate, or at least gave it there all, a long time ago. Maybe they have? It's very sad regardless.

If the Landlord has a Drug and Crime Free Housing Addendum in her lease contract, they have the right to immediately terminate her lease.

Amanda Bynes Calls Drake "Ugly"; Liam Hemsworth "Gorgeous"

Once dreaming of the day he would "murder her vagina," Amanda Bynes has now done a 180 on her feelings for Drake.

On Thursday, the troubled 27-year-old actress tweeted, "Drake has the ugliest smile, ugly gums uneven teeth ugly eyes." However, the post was soon deleted.

Later, she replied to blogger Perez Hilton, saying, "@PerezHilton @Drake not with his ugly smile and ugly uneven teeth and fugly face! He's gay and ugly I want a hot straight man!"

As for who she's now got her eye on, on Tuesday, the former Nickelodeon star tweeted, " Liam Helmsworth [sic] is the most gorgeous man on the face of the earth other than Tanz Watson. FYi!"
